Taco SVG is a traditional Mexican dish. Taco SVG consists of corn or wheat tortilla with a variety of fillings – beef, pork, chicken, seafood, chorizo, overcooked beans, vegetables, Mexican cactus stew. Cheese, cilantro, onions, salsa, guacamole serve as a seasoning. Taco is eaten without cutlery, folding tortilla with stuffing in half. Facilities specializing in serving tacos are called takeriyas.
Tacos appeared even before the arrival of Europeans in Mexico. There is anthropological evidence that indigenous people living in the Mexico Valley ate tacos with small fish. The word “tacos” means “cork” or “lump”. The etymological dictionary defines tacos as “tortilla filled with spicy meat”, “light lunch”.
Taco SVG flatbreads can be bought in most supermarkets. Get the wheat cakes, the eight-inch ones. Heat it in a hot pan without oil for 30-45 seconds on each side. Then fold with the boat – in a few seconds it will harden. Now you can put stuffing in the cake.
Use crispy salads or cabbage for the layer between the cake and the main stuffing. For example, slice an iceberg or red cabbage into small and long straws. In this way, the flatbread will remain crispy even with liquid filling.
To decorate and supplement tacos, we recommend natural 20% sour cream, fresh radish with half rings and finely chopped cilantro. Place on a plate next to it when serving.
