Kindergarten SVG is an institution for public upbringing of children of preschool age. Kindergartens as a type of institution exist in most countries and are usually the first link in the public education system (not including education received from parents).
The kindergarten SVG system is designed to provide a mass, accessible solution to the problem of their parents’ employment (which is why most kindergarten hours coincide with the standard working hours of most professions: from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. five days a week). The kindergarten system also provides minimum preparation of children for school – at the level of primary reading, writing and numeracy skills.
As a type of teaching institution, the first kindergarten was established in the early 19th century in New Lanarque, Scotland, by the social utopian R. Owen, the so-called “school for young children”.
The name itself is “Kindergarten” (German Kindergarten) came from Germany and was invented in 1837 by the teacher Friedrich Wilhelm August Froebel. He also created a playground for young children in Bad Blankenburg. Although this institution existed only for about two years. The name “Kindergarten” was coined on the grounds that children are flowers of life that need to be cared for and nurtured by gardeners.
